Falls Church, VA (October 14, 2019) – Federal Hill Consulting, a leading Woman-Owned Small Business government contractor based in Falls Church, Virginia today announced the acquisition of FYI, Inc. based in Beltsville, MD. The move will further expand the HUBZone certified Federal Hill’s strategic HR services footprint within the government marketplace.

 Federal Hill is known for its established capability to deliver Information Technology Services in both the federal and commercial markets with Fortune 500 clients, financial institutions, government integrators and non-profit associations to solve critical problems in their Business and IT organizations through a focused talent acquisition process.

With the addition of FYI, Inc, the capabilities of the combined entities provide expansive capabilities in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Management and Technology capabilities. The acquisition also brings established relationships with multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Labor, US Coast Guard, Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Marine Corp.
