BELTSVILLE, Maryland (February 10, 2020) – FYI was recently awarded a four year subcontract to provide HR support to the Department of Commerce Enterprise Services. Under the terms of the four year single award blanket purchase agreement (BPA), which has a ceiling price of $60M, FYI will assist prime, YRCI, in providing end-to-end talent acquisition services Department-wide.
With the award, FYI is increasing its footprint at the Department of Commerce. Currently, FYI has five year contracts with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) and the NOAA Office of Human Capital Services. We are providing administrative specialist support and human capital management services. Under the new subcontract, we have the opportunity to support all 12 Bureaus under the DOC for activities such as sourcing, recruiting, hiring, classification, position management, in-processing, and onboarding. The contract assists Enterprise Services by providing HR support to DOC organizations as it transitions to the shared service delivery model. Enterprise Services’ primary function is to deliver managed HR services for Par, Pay, Benefits and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Hiring to the Department.
This contract alliance marks a first-time partnership between FYI and YRCI. We will continue to establish strategic partnerships to expand our capabilities and customer base. We thank our employees for making FYI a recognized leader and preferred partner in the Federal human capital industry.
